A Story
of Flavor
Little Colombia by La Tamalería Colombiana was born from the dream and hard work of Alejandro Martin, a Colombian entrepreneur who started selling tamales in 2016 on 82nd Street in Roosevelt Avenue, Queens, New York.
During the COVID-19 pandemic we grew rapidly. In 2021 we opened our first restaurant and became one of the most recognized in New York, New Jersey, and the Tri-State area.
Today we are Little Colombia — a place to live an authentically Colombian experience: gastronomy, music, tradition, and games like la rana.
Our goal: to offer the true taste of Colombia and proudly represent our culture in New York and the whole Tri-State area.
